Description

Kable Kontrol® 2:1 Viton Heat Shrink Tubing is a high-performance fluoro-elastomer tubing engineered for demanding environments where extreme temperatures, aggressive fluids, and long-term reliability are critical. This heat shrink tubing is designed to provide outstanding resistance to fuels, oils, hydraulic fluids, solvents, and corrosive chemicals, making it ideal for use in harsh electronic and mechanical systems. With a 2:1 shrink ratio, the tubing conforms tightly to wires, cables, and components, delivering excellent insulation, strain relief, and environmental protection. It remains highly flexible even after shrinking and maintains performance across a wide operating temperature range from -55°C to 200°C (-67°F to 392°F). The tubing is flame retardant, easy to stamp or mark, and meets MIL-23053/13, ensuring suitability for military and aerospace applications where compliance and durability are essential.

Common Uses:

• Automotive wire harnesses exposed to fuels, oils, and high temperatures
• Aerospace and avionics wiring protection
