Description

Kable Kontrol® Non-Fray Expandable Braided Sleeving is a high-performance wire management solution designed for durability, ease of installation, and long-term reliability. Constructed from specially modified polyester filaments, this sleeving can be cut cleanly with standard scissors while maintaining exceptionally fray-resistant ends, eliminating the need for adhesives, binders, or heat-cutting tools. The expandable braided structure provides excellent coverage while allowing the sleeving to widen easily for installation over connectors, plugs, and wire bundles. Once in place, it contracts to form a secure, professional appearance that keeps cables organized and protected. Engineered for demanding environments, this sleeving performs reliably across a wide temperature range from -40°C to +125°C (-40°F to 257°F) and resists cracking or degradation from prolonged heat exposure or cold conditions. Its UL94 V0 flame-retardant rating and RoHS compliance make it suitable for use in electronics, electrical appliances, and other applications where safety and performance are critical. Ideal for both factory and field installations, Kable Kontrol® Non-Fray Expandable Braided Sleeving delivers dependable abrasion protection, clean finishing, and installation convenience, without compromising strength or flexibility.
